Chatland Commands

!away
Q: What does it do?
A: This command will place a message above your avatar. You can change the color (default of away is white) of the message by adding a color/color code after. (ex: #red, #blue, etc).
Example = user: !away I am away for now! #red
!back
Q: What does it do?
A: This command gets rid of your !away message. (If you have one.)
Example = user: !back
!clear
Q: What does it do?
A: This command will clear all logs from your chat box.
Example = user: !clear
!deltas (!balance)
Q: What does it do?
A: This command allows you to see the amount of deltas you have, or your various delta transactions.
Example = user: !deltas
!edit
Q: What does it do?
A: This command edits the room you are in. If you do not have permission to edit the room you are in, it will not work
Example = user: !edit
!face
Q: What does it do?
A: This command allows you to change the way your avatar is facing. You can use left or right. (r or l)
Example = user: !face right
!FAQ
Q: What does it do?
A: This command opens a new window or tab that displays the ORL FAQ.
Example = user: !FAQ
!friend (!friends)
Q: What does it do?
A: Adds a user to your list of friends, you MUST have a preferred sub or higher in order to use this.
Examples = user: !friend Rover
!go forum (!go forums)
Q: What does it do?
A: This command opens a new window/tab, it allows you to see the ORL forums.
Example = user: !go forum
!go mysts
Q: What does it do?
A: Opens up a new tab, and allows you to see the ORL mysts.
Example = user: !go mysts
!go poses / !go uploader
Q: What does it do?
A: This command opens a new window/tab, it goes to the avatar changer/uploader where you can edit your avatar's colors and poses. You must have a paying subscription in order to upload poses to ORL.
Example = user: !go poses
!ignore
Q: What does it do?
A: This command permits you to ignore an individual user and adds them to your ignore list.
Example = user: !ignore UserA
!help
Q: What does it do?
A: This command will list some of the basic commands on a new window/tab.
Example = user: !help
!lock
Q: What does it do?
A: This command locks your screen if you are away from the computer. In order to unlock it, you must retype in your password.
Example = user: !lock
!me
Q: What does it do?
A: This command shows your message in a blue font that can only be seen in the chatbox.
Example = user: !me Hello
!message
Q: What does it do?
A: Opens up a new tab, and allows you to send out a message.
•An example of what you have to type- Rover: !message
!pmsg
Q: What does it do?
A: This command permits you to whisper an individual user.
Example = user: !pmsg ORL hi
!pose
Q: What does it do?
A: This command changes the pose your avatar is positioned in. It's another way to change poses without clicking on your avatar.
Example = user: !pose sit
!quit
Q: What does it do?
A: This command logs you off of ORL (or any other chatlands site).
Example = user: !quit
!rain

A: This command enables rain on your screen in the room.
Example = user: !rain
!sniff
Q: What does it do?
A: This command allows you to view the information about another user.
Example = user: !sniff Rover
!sniffroom
Q: What does it do?
A: This command puts every user's sniff that's in the room into one pop-up.
Example = user: !sniffroom
!snow
Q: What does it do?
A: This command enables snow on your screen in the room.
Example = user: !snow
!transfer
Q: What does it do?
A: This command opens a new window/tab that displays the transfer deltas page.
Example= user: !transfer
!unignore

A: This command allows an individual user to interact with you and it'll remove a user from your ignore list.
